By accessing or using Flowonic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Flowonic is an Intelligence Execution Operating System™ that helps users set goals, build execution plans, track progress, and achieve personal transformation. The platform includes Flowjo™, a Personal Execution Intelligence that provides adaptive coaching and scheduling.
You must create an account to use Flowonic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You agree not to use Flowonic to: violate any laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' experience.
The optional Google Calendar integration allows Flowonic to read and display your calendar events. By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize Flowonic to access your calendar data in accordance with the permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time from your Settings. Our use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of Flowonic — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the Flowjo™ system — are owned by Flowonic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any data or content you create in Flowonic (goals, tasks, journal entries, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
